A Unity WebGL showcase of seamless virtual fashion — built to demonstrate scalable, customizable digital assets within Unity.
Led the PartyBear Swappables Web3 Experience — a full WebGL playground for virtual fashion, powered by interoperable assets within the former Futureverse ecosystem.
It all kicked off with a prototype I built from scratch — custom assets, tech specs, the whole blueprint. From there, I oversaw a 200-person studio in Colombia, steering every file, revision, and naming or performance guideline until we shipped 124 fully compliant pieces integrated cleanly into Unity. Cross-team communication? I kept the entire pipeline aligned end-to-end.
Then came the marketing strike: beauty renders, avatar showcases, and clean documentation explaining how the RAC (Realtime Asset Composer) actually worked. And the best part — we slashed NFT rendering costs from thousands per render to under $100, generating 20,000+ variations with a smart game-dev-driven pipeline, Addressables, and tight collaboration with the tech team to hook everything into front-end protocol tools.
Final flex? These weren’t just pretty assets — they were Readyverse-proof: deeply optimised low-to-high poly GLB assets, fully interoperable and ready for any modern game engine.
